Questions & Answers (Q&A)
Q: How close are you to the Three Rivers, Valero refinery? A: We are about 5 minutes to the Valero refinery, however we are located safely off of the main road in a residential area.
Q: Do you charge a security deposit? A: No, however we do charge a one time $75.00 non refundable cleaning fee and a valid credit card must remain on file. Should your card be void, you will be required to pay $1,000.00 security deposit. Please keep your cards valid and if your number changes, let us know.
Q: If I leave early, will I be refunded? A: No, we do not offer refunds on your stay; we understand jobs can be tough to know your exit date which is why we allow you to make two payments toward your monthly balance. As your job is coming to end, just let us know so we can charge accordingly.
Q: What if my job ends early? A: Again, we understand this happens so please just communicate to us what you feel your end date might be.
Q: Can 3 people stay in one apartment? A: There is a $125.00 per month fee for an extra resident above 2 with a 3 person maximum occupancy.
Q: If I locked myself out, who do I call? A: Please call 210-459-8636, you will be charged $50 per occurrence if this happens after business hours. Please do damage the door, locks, or windows trying to access your apartment!
Q: Do you have a BBQ? A: Yes we have a BBQ, however BBQs are only designated to be used in picnic area located at the East end of the property. Due to fire hazard personal BBQs are not permitted to be used near the apartments.
Q: Is there a grocery store in town? A: Yes, there is a Lowes grocery store, Family Dollar, and Dollar General, where you can buy groceries, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels and also personal items. There is a Wal Mart in Beeville, Kenedy and Pleasanton.
Q: Can I receive packages/mail here? A: Yes, you can receive packages here, however we are not responsible for delivering, signing for, or keeping track of your package. A local post office box is recommended.
Q. Can I pay with Cash? A: Please either pay with certified money order, check or credit card, we also offer PayPal. Cash payments are discouraged.
Q: Do you have pest control? A: Yes, we have pest control. Pest control notice is posted in the laundry room. Please do not refuse pest control inside of your unit. Q: How do I check out? A: Please call 210-459-8636 to notify management of your departure. If you leave early and do not check out, you will be charged your next payment automatically. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CONTACTING US BEFOREHAND.
Q: My per diem is running late, I won't have my next payment until it hits my account, What should I do? A: Communicate your issue to management at 210-459-8636; we understand oil & gas/refinery work. We usually can come up with an alternative and will help in any way possible.
Q: Do you allow pets? A: We do not allow pets or visiting pets.
Q: Some of my co-workers/friends would like to come over for a gathering, is this permitted? A: Gatherings are permitted on a limited basis and subject to management approval. All gatherings in the picnic/BBQ areas are to end before 10pm.
Q: Where is the dumpster, I did not see one? A: The dumpster is located on Hill Street along the street in the front of the complex.
Q: What time is the laundry facility open? A: We are open 24/7. The laundry facility door has a coded lock and is to be used by Tenants only.
Q: How can I make a complaint? A: Please email [email protected] to communicate with the Owners.
Q: Do you have high speed internet? A: We have free WIFI with 3 access points and 300 mbps download speeds. During really busy times, it may be a little slower & we recommend using your mobile hotspot.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
DO NOT FORGET YOUR TOWELS, PILLOWS & BEDDING HYGIENE ITEMS-we do not provide these. QUARTERS or DEBIT CARD for onsite laundry facility. POTS/PANS/DISHES/PLATES/CUPS/COOKWEAR- Every apartment has a kitchen, however we do not provide cooking items or any of the above listed. Please bring the cooking utensils you desire. FOOD & DRINKS - Your apartment comes with a full size kitchen & appliances. This includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave & pantry. We do not have vending machines or ice on site.
